Performative Objects (Installation – Duration: early)

Red and Porcelain Clay, Edison Light Bulbs, Clothbound Lamp Cord

Clay heads, or masks, formed around light bulbs. Because the clay is unfired, over time, the heat of the bulbs cracks and/or breaks the heads/masks. The work explores various conflicting narratives on falling apart versus transformation.
